Lobbying is a complex, multidisciplinary process whose effectiveness depends on the strategy of approach arguments and narrative quality, amplitude of the stakeholders’ network and the quality of the relationship with them, monitoring of the regulatory and legislative stream and the political situation. Sernet Lobbying is carried out in transparency and compliance with the regulations that govern it.

- Definition of strategies and content for institutional communication both corporate and specific projects;
- Definition of position papers for legislators/regulators for an active and transparent contribution to the formation of laws and regulations;
- Creation of a network of institutional stakeholders, politicians, business associations, technical regulatory committees, trade unions, civil society;
- Management of relations with government and local governments, international bodies;
- Monitoring parliamentary and government activities on matters of specific interest.
