In addition to relocating personnel, the project has identified ad hoc training paths for over 30% of the workers involved. In fact, after having identified the gap between the skills of the personnel to be relocated and the effective request of the market, an IT course was started and one was acquired for licenses for forklift drivers, with the aim of increasing the probability of finding a new job.

Sernet, following a careful analysis of the profiles to be relocated and the labor market, fully supports its clients in the optimal management of social mitigation plans aimed at maximizing the employment continuity of workers.
